What type of guarantee do you give concerning your services?
LBCS works to fully satisfy our customers in everything you hire us to work on. We give two corrections/editing sessions on the final draft so that we are sure to produce your final product exactly to your satisfaction.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept business checks, Visa/MC, and for contracts over $800, we offer an added guarantee by utilizing escrow services. What this means is that you can pay the full contract amount using your Escrow.com | Never buy or sell online without using Escrow.com. account, and then approve each Deliverable payment as we go. Your project money is held safely in escrow with a third party until you approve the work attached to each payment.

That's a fair question with a simple answer. I have been a professional writer since 1987, and a business woman since 1991. I consult and run my business from home, and travel to client's locations as needed. It is simply easier for me to use programs that offer a good public presence without having to hire expensive techs to maintain my website. This helps me keep your costs very reasonable, and frees up my time to focus more on what you need. Believe me, I'm not hiding. Our family has lived on Lake Belton since 2013, and we are known throughout the community.
If I were selling books or t-shirts, that would be the thing to do. I customize my work for you and I price it according to the project. Short term projects, or one-ups are slightly more expensive. But I also contract by the month or year to companies that need regular contribution to get them to the next level of their growth. In these cases, I work from home, check in weekly with you, and bill you monthly with one month up-front to start. I find this a very honest way to do business since you benefit from knowing in advance the cost of your project; and I benefit from working a defined contract rather than a vague one.
